I consider myself blessed to have the opportunity to both help my community and pursue my passion. I understand that not everyone gets this chance. I founded Integrity Agents in 2021, but the seeds of this dream were sown in 2020 while I was at home caring for our baby girl. The importance of family became crystal clear during the COVID-19 pandemic. I desired to support my family while making a meaningful impact in the market.
I began to notice that I shared a lot in common with other mothers who were balancing family, home, and work. It became apparent that this was possible, and I wanted it for every super mom striving to do it all. Working mothers constitute 76% of today's workforce. My goal is to inspire, empathize with the challenges, and empower other women to recognize their worth. Together, we can achieve so much more!
It's often said that everything happens for a reason. I genuinely believe that certain situations were orchestrated by a higher power to push me out of my comfort zone and kickstart this company. We are a full-service agency equipped to serve businesses of all sizes, from the smallest to the largest corporations. We offer assistance in personal lines, commercial, health, and life insurance. This is not new to us; we've been here before, and now we are better and more formidable than ever.
If I could leave you with one thought, it's this: fear is deceitful and can halt your progress. With faith, the impossible can become possible.
